Bitcoin has weakened noticeably over the past seven days, but has reached the area of short-term support, which could lead to BTC rate stabilization.

On February 15, bitcoin rebounded for the second time from the $44,200 resistance area (red icon) and has been declining ever since. As a result, BTC hit a low of $36,350 on February 22.

This represents a 47% pullback from the all-time high bitcoin reached on November 10.

On the 6-hour timeframe, the market made a bearish break of the ascending support line. At the time of writing, the trading was between the Fibo levels of 0.618 and 0.786, in the area of $35,700-$37,700. The horizontal support is also located here.

There are no clear bullish reversal signals on the chart, except for the oversold RSI.

This momentum indicator fell under the 30 mark, in the oversold area. The previous time this happened on January 23, and after that the BTC exchange rate began to actively grow.
