Goldilocks Economy:
During a Goldilocks Economy the domestic currency tends to rise on the Forex market whilst domestic Stocks tend to rise as well since GDP increases.
Stagflation:
During a period of Stagflation in an economy the domestic currency falls on the Forex market whilst domestic Stocks tend to fall as well since GDP decreases.
