When to Pause Investing?
Hello, everyone, it's Petko Aleksandrov and I continue now with this video-When to pause investing, with some analysis not yet buying opportunity and there was a pause since my last video and there was a reason for that.
So today will show you how I'm looking at a Bitcoin at the moment,
what are my analysis and you see that I have some new drawings on the chart but I will remove those and I will tell you what happened after my last video.
So I had that huge counter-trend line and the price broke aggressively higher but then what happened the price reversed and went down lower.
Now, it made a couple of lower lows and lower highs, and especially when this low was formed when the price reached nearly 8 800 it was a lower low than that one.
And if I go to a daily chart you will see what I have. OK, let me find it right over here. OK, here it is, so this was the counter- trend line and then what you see here is a series of lower highs and lower lows.
What that means?
We had a downtrend.
You can see a lower high, a lower high, a lower high, then we had a lower low and this low that I just mentioned the one that bounced off the 8 800
it was lower than that one.
So at that moment I just stopped looking at the counter-trend lines and I was looking at the Bitcoin very negatively because it was in a downtrend, so no more buying until I see a new uptrend.
Let me move it just like that before we had the next movement. So here was low and at that moment it's totally negative. Lower high, lower low.
