In this video, we're going to be discussing the favorite indicator and preset Indicators.
Now you can find that by going to tools and selecting preset Indicators. If you select to use preset Indicators in Expert Advisor Studio, the generator will create strategies according to them.
Once you go to the preset Indicators page, you will immediately see if there are any preset Indicators currently on your system. When generating strategies in your generator in the generator settings. If this checkbox is selected, then all new strategies will use them first.
Above the option to generate strategies with preset Indicators, you'll see that there is an option for max entry Indicators and max exit Indicators.
Please take note that if you select 4 max entry Indicators, the generator will find strategies with 5 entry Indicators. It always adds an extra Indicator.
If you go to the reactor page and under optimize strategies under full data optimization, you select optimize preset Indicators, the strategies will use your preset Indicators, but it might change some of their parameters.
This is a great tool that allows you to not only use these strategies generated by the generator, but you're also able to use your own
preset Indicators of your preference.
