Often times we are caught up in a move which we think is a reversal, but turned out to be a
retracement. Being able to ride a new trend as early as possible would be ideal, but in order to do that, we would have to spot the reversal of the previous trend.

The REVERSAL usually marks THE TURN in the market and the beginning of a NEW DIRECTION BIAS.

Impulsive vs Corrective waves
Shallow vs Deep Pullbacks
