What is the Heikin Ashi strategy?
The Heikin Ashi strategy uses the Heiken Ashi indicator which averages price data to create Japanese candlesticks chart that lowers market noise.
Heikin Ashi strategy is used since the indicator was developed in the 17 century by Munehisa Homma.
Instead of using the 4 values that we see in each candlestick - open, high, low, and close, the Heikin Ashi indicator uses a modified formula based on two-period averages. This makes the Heiken Ashi strategy stronger and with better entries.
