The US Dollar has been on a bit of a roller coaster ride over the past couple of weeks.
First it was driven lower by Fed rate cut expectations, then it was driven up by massive safe-haven demand and liquidity issues, and more recently it’s seen downside due to QE and bad economic data.
The big question now is whether the market will choose to focus on the incoming data and trade the Dollar lower, or will further deterioration prove to uncertain and cause new Dollar demand to occur as more investors rotate into cash?
